A Lifetime of Logistics (cont.)

Captain Petriccione reported to Commander, Carrier Group ONE, San Diego, in June 1995, as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans.  During his tour, he orchestrated and conducted numerous fleet training exercises thourghout Southern California and was instrumental in developing and implementing the Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) organization and process for the Naval Services.

Captain Petriccione has flown over 5,700 military flight hours, has amassed over 600 carrier landings, and holds a sub-specialty in anti-submarine warfare and financial management.  He is a graduate of: Tactical Action Officer School, Stirike Lead Attack Training School, Senior Aviation Safety Officer School. Anti-Submarine Warfare University Masters Course, Commanding Officer Joint Aviation Supply and Maintenance Material Manangement Course and Naval Justice School, Senior Officer Course.

Captain Petriccione's personal awards include: the Legion of Merit Medal, the Meritotious Service Medal (2nd award), Navy Commendation Medal, Meritorious Unit Citation (2nd award), Battle "E" Ribbon, Navy Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal (2nd award), Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (2nd award), Southwest Asia Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Sea Service deployment ribbon (6th award), Overseas Service Ribbon (3rd award), Kuwait Liberation Medal, Expert Rifle Medal, and Expert Pistol.

Captain Petriccione retired from Naval service in 1997 and began a second flying career with Soutwest Airlines.  The Captain is set to retire from flying the friendly skies in February 2014, lauded for doing so accident free for all 16 years (cargo and passengers).  Through his years of service within the U.S. Navy and at Southwest the Captain saw and felt there was an unmet need within the logistics industry, specifically for a SDVOSB as a third party logistics provider.  Instead of transporting troops, supplies, and passengers Nick saw the need for a Service Disabled Veteran to use his expertise in helping to move products of all types in any and all ways imaginable, with that in mind, NAVETGLOBAL, LLC was born.  Captain Petriccione has already implemented the same values learned during his days in the service of his country and will never compromise such things.  Moving forward, it can be expected that anyone that deals with NAVETGLOBAL, LLC will receive the highest level of service, with a premium placed on safe and timely execution of service while offering competive/fair pricing in all instances.  Thus the company credo follows "Performance not Excuses".
